Artista visiva, concept artist e graphic designer. Le sue opere sono progetti multimediali sviluppati tramite grafica, pittura, foto, video, installazioni multimediali e performance interattive, dove lo spettatore è coinvolto in un’interazione sinestetica e psico-emotiva. Le sue attuali ricerche vertono sul concetto di imitazione e partecipazione come forme di apprendimento e condivisione semiotica intesa come costruzioni di luoghi. Negli ultimi dieci anni ha approfondito la sua ricerca anche rispetto al ruolo del segno e del suo valore universale nell’autoaffermazione del sé e della sua esistenza tangibile in una realtà che è sempre più impalpabile. Recentemente ha analizzato il legame fra segno, corpo e alfabeto quali elementi che concorrono al formarsi di una comunicazione complessa. Attualmente è Responsabile della Scuola di Progettazione Artistica per l’impresa e docente di Progettazione grafica e Applicazioni digitali per le arti visive presso l’Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma. A partire dal 1998 espone le sue opere in Italia e all’estero. Nel 2013 e nel 2015 ha tenuto conferenze sul corpo e la performance presso il DAMS di Bologna.

Visual artist, concept artist and graphic designer. Her works are multimedia projects developed through graphics, painting, photos, videos, multimedia installations and interactive performances, whereby the viewer is involved in a synesthetic and psycho-emotional interaction. Her current research focuses on the concept of imitation and participation as forms of semiotic learning and sharing understood as constructions of places. In the last ten years she has deepened her research also with respect to the role of the sign and its universal value in the auto-affirmation of the self and its tangible existence in an increasingly impalpable reality. She has recently analyzed the link between sign, body and alphabet as elements that concur to the formation of a complex communication. She is currently Head of the School of Artistic Design for the company and professor of Graphic Design and Digital Applications for the visual arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome. Since 1998 she has exhibited her works in Italy and abroad. In 2013 and 2015 she held conferences on the body and performance at the DAMS in Bologna.
