La pittura diversamente astratta di Linda Carrara è improntata di lirismo; l’artista riformula, e con levità agisce, tra fondo e figura, sui rapporti costitutivi dell’immagine dipinta…Ciò che dispone sulla “tavola” è un campionario di forme-oggetto, talvolta minute, apparentemente inattive o inservibili, e invece proficue… Un immaginario figurativo residuale destinato ad essere riattivato... Linda Carrara’s differently abstract painting is imbued with lyricism; the artist revisits, and lightly acts upon, the figure-background relationship, i.e. the constituent link of painted image…What she places on the “table” is a sample of sometimes tinies forms-objects, whose inactive or useless appearance is however deceiving because of their real profitability…A residual figurative imagery bound to be reactivated…(Antonio Catelani).
